At Navitas AI, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality AI consulting and custom software solutions. Due to the nature of our services—many of which involve custom, time-intensive work—we have a clear and firm policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Once a project, service, or consultation is confirmed in writing (via email, proposal acceptance, or agreement), it is considered non-cancellable.
We do not accept cancellations for:

AI or automation consulting engagements

Strategy development or AI ethics audits

Custom software or SaaS development work

Booked training sessions or calls
In some cases, at our sole discretion, we may allow rescheduling or postponement of services. Any request for changes must be made at least 3 working days in advance and is not guaranteed.
Refund Policy

All services provided by Navitas AI are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Completed or partially completed consultancy work

Strategy documents or audit reports

Custom software development services

Booked training sessions or calls
Because our services are tailored to each client’s needs and involve time committed in advance, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun or a session has been reserved.
Exceptions

We may consider limited exceptions in the following cases:

If a service is not delivered due to an error or cancellation by Navitas AI

If a duplicate payment has been made in error
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at info@navitasai.com within 7 days of the original payment date. Include a clear explanation of your request and any supporting information.
