Refund & Cancellation

At Navitas AI, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality AI consulting and custom software solutions. Due to the nature of our services—many of which involve custom, time-intensive work—we have a clear and firm policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Once a project, service, or consultation is confirmed in writing (via email, proposal acceptance, or agreement), it is considered non-cancellable.

We do not accept cancellations for:

  • AI or automation consulting engagements

  • Strategy development or AI ethics audits

  • Custom software or SaaS development work

  • Booked training sessions or calls
     

In some cases, at our sole discretion, we may allow rescheduling or postponement of services. Any request for changes must be made at least 3 working days in advance and is not guaranteed.
 

Refund Policy

All services provided by Navitas AI are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Completed or partially completed consultancy work

  • Strategy documents or audit reports

  • Custom software development services

  • Booked training sessions or calls
     

Because our services are tailored to each client’s needs and involve time committed in advance, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun or a session has been reserved.

 

Exceptions

​

We may consider limited exceptions in the following cases:

  • If a service is not delivered due to an error or cancellation by Navitas AI

  • If a duplicate payment has been made in error
     

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at info@navitasai.com within 7 days of the original payment date. Include a clear explanation of your request and any supporting information.
