We do not offer refunds or support cancellation once a service agreement is confirmed and work has commenced.
Late payments may result in interest charges as allowed by UK law.

All software, tools, reports, documents, and other materials created by Navitas AI during any engagement remain the intellectual property of Navitas AI, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes only, unless a transfer of rights is explicitly outlined.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
